[AVIC Airbornefroggerplayonline: The subsidiary plans to sell 659 million yuan of assets to the company's related parties] Securities Times e Company News, AVIC Airborne (600372) announced on the evening of May 21 that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shaanxi Qianshan Aviation Electronics Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Qianshan Aviation Power") plans to transfer the houses (including land use rights), structures and some equipment located in the courtyard of No. G16 South Third Ring Road, High-tech Zone, Xi'an City to the Xi'an Aeronautical Computing Technology Research Institute of Aviation Industry Corporation of China. The transaction price is set to be 659 million yuan based on the asset evaluation results. The funds from this transaction are planned to be used for the construction of Qianshan Aviation and Power Changning Park (Phase II).
