West Texas Intermediate crude oil (WTI) futures for June delivery rose 86 cents, or 1 per cent, on the New York Mercantile Exchange on Mondaytalkingstickpokertournaments.1%, closing at US$79.12 a barrel.
Brent crude for July delivery rose 57 cents, or 0.69%, to close at $82.79 a barrel.
