In terms of product categories, exports of instant noodle products soared 34.4% to US$379 million.
Other products with larger growth included snack products and beverages, which increased 9.9% and 15.9% respectively to US$227 million and US$212 million. Exports of processed rice products surged 42.1% to US$88 million.
In terms of destination, exports to the United States increased by 15% to US$478.7 million. Exports to Southeast Asia and Europe also increased respectivelycrashpspgames5% and 33.1%.
