The cumulative gas production of Yuanba gas field in Yuanba gas field of Sinopec Southwest Petroleum Bureau has exceeded 2 billion cubic meters. The Yuanba gas field under the jurisdiction of Sinopec (600028) is the world's first ultra-deep and high sulfur biological reef gas field of 7000 meters. The cumulative gas production of Yuanba well has exceeded 2 billion cubic meters. It is reported that this is the first gas well with a cumulative production of more than 2 billion cubic meters in the gas field, and it is also the highest production well in the history of the gas field. Since it was put into production on December 10, 2014, Yuanba 205 well has produced 600000 cubic meters of natural gas per day, which has been continuously and steadily produced for nearly 10 years. The Yuanba gas field has a cumulative gas production of more than 32 billion cubic meters, providing natural gas support for the Yangtze River economic belt. Yuanba gas field currently has 35 production wells, with an annual output of more than 4 billion cubic meters of raw gas and 3.7 billion cubic meters of purified gas. So far, the cumulative gas production of the gas field has exceeded 32 billion cubic meters, providing a solid guarantee for the natural gas energy supply of the Yangtze River economic belt. As a 7000-meter ultra-deep and high-sulfur biological reef gas field, Yuanba gas field is difficult to develop. According to the law of gas reservoir production, the second Gas production Plant of Southwest Petroleum Bureau of Sinopec has carried out intensive research on gas well production technology. and implement a series of measures, such as fine allocation of high production wells, "one well one policy" management of abnormal wells, refined control of water production gas wells, precise deployment of adjustment wells and so on. As a result, the gas field continues to operate at a high output of 11 million cubic meters per day, which is equivalent to meeting the gas needs of 22 million households every day. In addition, the gas field has achieved stable and high yield for 9 consecutive years, exceeding the expectations of the design scheme. In recent years, with the development of Yuanba gas field, the water production has gradually increased. In order to meet this challenge, Sinopec Southwest Petroleum Bureau investigated the process technology of domestic water treatment stations of similar scale, and carried out innovation and optimization design. On March 30, 2024, another resource water treatment station in Yuanba gas field was successfully put into operation, increasing the water treatment capacity of the gas field from 600m3 / day to 1000 m3 / day, laying a foundation for the long-term green and low-carbon development of the gas field.
