Prior to the reorganization of Tchain, Beijing Suixin Cloud Chain Group accounted for 80% of the company's ownership through Chongqing Jihang in the form of a new Chongqing Jihang control agreement (before swaps)kingcomcandycrushsodasaga.04% owned subsidiary. After the Tchain reorganization, Beijing Suixin Cloud Chain Group will continue to be accounted for as an 80.04%-owned subsidiary of the company (but through Beijing Suixin Digital Branch in the form of a Tchain control agreement).
